After tolerating a performance issue including a briefly flashing check engine light for a period of months, the light came on and stayed on. That afternoon on the way home I stopped at the dealership where bought the car. The were able to tell me malfunction codes and told me they could not have a tech diagnose the problem until 3 days later and repairs would be scheduled the following week or later. ☹ A call to the Tire Barn was much more reassuring; appointment to diagnose the problem the next morning with a possibility of a fix the same day. I needed new spark plugs and a new ignition coil – complete in 1-1/2 hours 😊 😊. It is better to do business with shops that understand the importance of meeting the customer needs, rather than a dealership shop that imposes their schedule with their higher cost and their own tight inventory practices.

Great people at the Tire Barn. Had vehicle tires rotated and balanced. Found out I needed a front wheel alignment. They did it right away. I will always take my cars to the Tire Barn.

Very professional and friendly staff. Family owned for 3 generations. They go above and beyond what most tire and repair shops do.

Great service, reasonable pricing, and a comfortable space to wait. We have been going for almost a decade and we very much appreciate the care they have given our cars. We even got my Mom to take her Mercedes there for tires and the basics and now she doesn’t want to go anywhere else. Great place, great people, great car care.
